Horsing Around in Campo Imperatore's Wild Pastures
Pure serendipity after a grueling MTB ride through Campo Imperatore! These free-ranging horses were grazing peacefully in the vast Abruzzese highlands, creating one of those magical encounters you never plan for. Shot with my trusty D7500 at 87mm, the rolling hills dotted with limestone rocks make for classic Italian mountain scenery. Sometimes the best shots happen when you're exhausted and just trying to get back to camp - amateur photographer luck strikes again!
