Relocated this year and set up a new home office. Whatever I tried, the WiFi was bad. Thick walls, too far away from the main router? Tried a Powerline setup. Fiddled with a fancy hybrid mesh system. Replaced all equipment with a different manufacturer. Mapped everything with custom software to find holes in WiFi coverage. Nothing helped. Today I discovered that I had used a vintage CAT 5 cable between the modem and router 😅. This looks better now! 🤩
