Elasticsearch data loader for Observable Framework

Happy to share that my Observable Framework data loader example for Elasticsearch has been accepted into the official Observable Framework documentation. The data loader shows how to query and transform data coming from Elasticsearch to pass it on for usage in Observable Framework dashboards. It also includes a helper to set up the Elasticsearch nodejs client easily.

This contribution was the outcome of our last ON Week, where Elastic developers could focus on initiatives that would truly delight users and developers. The goal was to add or enhance features, improve user experiences, and make operations faster and easier. I hope this contribution helps achieve that!
